Kaitlyn’s Crop 2026 – Cancellation Policy
Refunds

Up to May 1, 2026: Refunds will be issued for any payments made, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.

After May 1, 2026: No refunds will be given unless we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list.
Transfers

Always Transferrable: Registrations may be transferred at any time. Please notify us of the name change so we can ensure all customized items are prepared for the new attendee.
Government-Mandated Closures

If Kaitlyn’s Crop 2026 is canceled due to a government-mandated closure, shutdown, or restrictions that prevent the event from taking place:

We will refund attendees based on the refunds we are able to secure from our venue and vendors, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Any goods already purchased for the event (such as swag, personalized items, or product kits) will be provided to registered attendees.

Registrations will not automatically transfer to a future event.

Force Majeure

Kaitlyn’s Crop is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, terrorism, extreme weather, or other “force majeure” events. In such cases, the Government-Mandated Closure policy above will apply.
