Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027 Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. At the same time, planning an event the size of Kaitlyn’s Crop requires us to make significant financial commitments well in advance of the event.
Our goal is to have a policy that is fair to our attendees while allowing us to responsibly plan for Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027 — our 20th and final year.
$50 Non-Refundable Registration Amount
$50 of each registration is non-refundable.
This amount helps cover the advance costs and financial commitments associated with planning Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027 and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Through March 1, 2027
If you cancel on or before March 1, 2027, payments made toward your registration will be refunded, less the $50 non-refundable registration amount.
March 2 – April 15, 2027
If you cancel between March 2 and April 15, 2027, payments made toward your registration will be refunded, less the $50 non-refundable registration amount, only if we are able to fill your spot from our official waiting list.
If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued.
After April 15, 2027
No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2027.
However, your registration remains transferable, so if you are unable to attend, you may have someone attend in your place.
Registration Transfers
Registrations are ALWAYS transferable.
If you are unable to attend Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time. There is no fee to transfer your registration.
Simply contact us with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place so we can update our records.
Please keep in mind that personalized or customized items may already be in production as we get closer to the event. We will make changes when possible, but we cannot guarantee that personalized items can be changed for registrations transferred close to the event.
Event Cancellation / Government-Mandated Closure
If Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027 cannot take place because of a government-mandated closure, shutdown, restriction, venue closure, or another circumstance beyond our control that prevents the event from taking place:
- Refunds will be based on the funds we are able to recover from our venue, vendors, and other event-related commitments.
- The $50 non-refundable registration amount will remain non-refundable.
- Any event goods already purchased or produced, including swag, personalized items, or product kits, will be provided to the registered attendee whenever reasonably possible.
- Because 2027 is the final Kaitlyn’s Crop, registrations cannot be transferred or credited toward a future Kaitlyn’s Crop event.
Force Majeure
Kaitlyn’s Crop and the Kaitlyn Vallery Foundation are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes or extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, venue closures, or other force majeure events.
If such circumstances prevent Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027 from taking place, the Event Cancellation / Government-Mandated Closure policy above will apply.
Agreement to Policy
By completing your registration for Kaitlyn’s Crop 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy, including the $50 non-refundable portion of registration and all cancellation deadlines.
